In the forecast are pies, pumpkins, cider, cocoa and crackling fireplaces. Here in Julian’s Historic District, we’ve observed shops and eateries put on their seasonal best in preparation for the fall holidays. If you’re craving a seasonal escape from the city, the coming weeks are the perfect time for a getaway! Briar Patch Cottage is a block and a half from Downtown Main Street, just steps away from the festivities of popular shops and eateries (and even a historic mine around the corner!) . <\/p>\n\n\n

Whether for quick overnight getaway or a longer holiday stay, we’ve designed the cottage with comfort in mind. Equipped with a wood fireplace, a steamy hot tub, a coffee & hot cocoa bar, and Netflix, the cottage provides all essential elements for the coziest fall experience. As a practical bonus, a washer and dryer are on site for longer visits. We also have a mini-split heating system throughout to keep things warm on the chilliest of nights.<\/p>\n\n\n
